Abstract
This article presents a survey of the chemistry of 1H-pyrrolo[3,2-b]quinoline system. Various routes for the synthesis of the totally aromatic as well us the reduced 1H-pyrrolo[3,2-b]quinolines are also included. Spectral data for the known compounds are reported.
