Abstract
This article presents a model of water intake in a suburban Canadian household. The data cover daily water intake for a year. It is shown that a Box-Jenkins model with moving average terms best fits the data. Further, it is shown that a separate model for each of the three seasons provides an even better fit. The models are then explained with reference to water consumption habits and patterns. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
