Abstract

The article presents a dynamic conceptual model of the interrelationship among teacher attitudes toward job satisfaction, professionalism, and collective negotiations. The authors suggest that a strong interrelationship exists among the three major variables in the model and, contrary to some of the previous research, incongruity does not necessarily exist between professionalism and collective negotiations.
