Abstract

Various uses of the computer in the legal information retrieval area are discussed. It is pointed out how lawyers have successfully utilized computers and suggested how they might possibly utilize them in the future. The aspects of collective bargaining that have been computerized are also discussed. The areas where computers could further enhance successful collective bargaining are described. Examples are given of the results of a system developed to provided labor contract negotiators with information tailored to meet their needs.
