Abstract
In this article, the author examines the judiciary s treatment of the arbitration process, and, particularly, the finality of arbitrators decisions in the state of Rhode Island. It is argued that a change in judicial philosophy reflects the policy predilections of the court as state government has grown increasingly conservative on economic and labor relations matters. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
