Abstract
The enclosed article represents an analysis of bargaining agent effectiveness in higher education. Our sample includes 65 percent of all faculty labor agreement in four-year institutions and 80 percent of all existing faculty labor agreement from the two-year sector. To the best of our knowledge, this is the most comprehensive study yet completed. Our work provides statistically significant evidence that one bargaining agent is more effective than another. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
