Impalpable Testicular Masses Are Usually Cancer

In testicular masses incidentally found on ultrasound, most were cancer. Also, in young males with metastatis but no known source, ultrasound may detect impalpable testicular tumors. (J Urol. 1995;154:1367-1369.)
