Abstract

The authors surveyed a sample of Virginia public school educators in the wake of a court ruling that collective negotiations in that state's public sector was unconstitutional. The survey found educators positively inclined toward collective bargaining and also uncovered a substantial amount of dissatisfaction with current administrative practices.
